Getting Started

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It is important to remember that there are many ways that you can overcome stress and get back on track, so that you can regain control of your life.

When we recognise the cost that stress is having on our life, there is an urgent need to make changes that are easy to use and get quick results.

The first key to unlocking the tight grip of stress is located in your MIND SET.

Now, please understand that I am not suggesting for a minute that your symptoms aren’t real, just that they have manifested in a fertile environment of worry and negativity.

Think about it…..

The reality is that life is full of challenge, for every one of us. It is the nature of being here on this earth.  Ultimately, we grow because of our challenges, so to have a life of ease is not necessarily good for our development.

It is crucial that we take 100% responsibility for our own life and not blame others for where we are at. When we blame others, we become victims of circumstance rather than masters of our destiny.

When you feel constantly challenged by events and circumstances, life feels really difficult, however, by comparison, when you are doing what you love, time slips by and you have a deep sense of satisfaction. We can overcome obstacles easily when we are feeling good about life.

Stress is a reminder that we are not doing what we love.

The pathways of the brain get trained, by repetition, to focus on what we think about, so if we are constantly reflecting on how great our life is, then we will feel fulfilled. Naturally, the opposite is also true. Our outer world reflects our inner world.

If, for example, we focus on a work environment as a great way to get to where we ultimately want to be, and feel grateful for the opportunity, even if it is not our dream job, our brain will focus on our future desires and we will notice opportunities that align with our goals.

Stress happens when we don’t realise that there is value for us in EVERY situation.

Our bodies are composed of energy, clusters of particles that vibrate at frequencies that alter with our perceptions. Information travels throughout the body by electrical charges that transfer energy, similar to the electrical system of a car engine.

When one part of the body stops being able to pass information along to the next, like a car, the total system becomes compromised and optimum performance breaks down.

This is why it is important to keep our thoughts as positive as possible, in order to raise our body’s vibration and fend off negativity.
A bit of stress is a good thing as it challenges us to strive for improvement, however, if it is not released from the body, it can create disease and ultimately kill.

Stress impacts all levels of health: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Being fully aware that our stress has crept up and is overloading us is a critical first step to recovery. It gives us a chance to address the problems that we are facing. Many people are blind to the impact that increasing stress is having on their life until their health and relationships begin to suffer. They can’t stop feeling tired all the time. They don’t realise how reactive they have become to their stress.
We need to be vigilant with our self care so that we can create a more fulfilling life for ourselves and our loved ones.
