We are affected by different energies

I am interested in how we are affected by different energies, and what we can do to use the Laws of the Universe to bring about healing. I believe that if we can deal with anxiety naturally, then we can get on with life sooner.

I understand that life is full of challenge, so to have some skills that we can use during stressful times is self empowering and liberating.

I struggled with fatigue for many years and it took me down some challenging pathways. I know how frustrating it is to go to the doctor because you are having trouble getting out of bed in the morning, only to be told that there is nothing wrong with you. This lack of understanding drove me to seek alternate therapies, such as acupuncture, herbal medicines, meditation techniques, energy therapies and homeopathy, where my healthcare issues were taken seriously, and thus a new way of looking at my life was born.

When I realised that there was a significant relationship between my physical and emotional health, I saw the opportunity to reverse the symptoms of disease and regain my energy. I came to see that our sub conscious mind manifests challenges so that we can grow wise spiritually. We are profoundly affected by our environment, enormously in our childhood, and then by the events of our lives and the toxicity of the modern chemical world we live in.

Eventually, I had learned so much, I became a natural therapist so I could help others who were similarly frustrated with their lack of energy, and wanted to know how to get better.

Did you learn the Relaxation Technique?

When I glimpsed into the world of Quantum physics, my understanding of conscious healing deepened. To realise that the energetic links that occur holographically throughout the universe keep us connected gave me an understanding of how Energy works.

If we can walk into any situation, and come away with new wisdom, we have made the most of opportunity.
